Tina started her first job in the restaruant industry at the age of eleven working in Grant City, MO at Fern's Drive-In, later in her teenage years she worked in this very same restaurant, which at that time was known as the Hayloft. This full circle moment wasn't planned, after graduating Albany High in 1989, Tina pursued a carreer in nursing and has been a nurse in Bethany, MO for over twenty-five years. Tina has a heart to help, loves to serve, she has a passion for animals and she's always cooking up something fun with her freeze dryer. 

In her free time she enjoys her three golden retrivers, gardening and time with her family and three grandchildren. She's an active member of her church, a nurse at Harrison County Community Hospital and she's excited at the opportunity to serve Albany and the surrounding communities as a restaurant owner. 

Jaron is an Albany class of 2020 alumni. Jaron has always loved cooking and began working at Girratono Meat Co. in 2018 where his passion and skill for being creative in the kitchen only grew. He's enjoyed serving the community as a manager of Girratono's and is very excited to see his dreams become a reality as the co-owner of Big A Bistro along side his mother.
